Help secure Brookview's future: Go Fund Me

The Brookview Swim club is nestled next to the beautiful Sugar Creek Reserve. It is a great place to spend those hot summer days. We offer a Swim Team, Dive Team, Social Events and more. Come down to the neighborhood pool and enjoy being around family.

Pool Hours

  • The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily, unless otherwise noted. Once school begins in August, the pool will open at 4:00 PM on weekdays.

Please take a minute and read this important update.

The current board, active stockholders, and community believe this pool is worth saving and not ready to give up. Brookview Swim Club has faced tough times in its past and would not be here if those previous boards & stockholders didn’t do the same thing we’re doing right now…..fight for our pool! The financial situation has been extremely tight this year, but this club will not close any earlier than September 5th and be much stronger in 2017.

We still have work to do and need your help. Here is how you can help:

  • Donations $$: If you haven’t made a donation, please consider making one. Many members assumed the pool would close and any donation would be a waste of money…not true! Current members, past members, stockholders, and the community have given over $12,800 since the beginning of August. Our $25K donation campaign to “"Secure Brookview Swim Club's Future"  is continuing.
  • Business Sponsorships: "Secure Brookview Swim Club's Future" business sponsorship campaign is just getting started. If you have a business or know a business interested in being a sponsor, please text/call Matt Briley at 937-241-7021 or email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Donate Items for Garage Sale: Rob & Michele Johnson are holding a Brookview Swim Club Garage Sale at 3875 W. Sudbury Court  on September 8th, 9th, & 10th. They’ve begun collecting items and looking to members to provide us anything you want out of your house, garage, or barn.  We are also looking for cloths in all sizes children and adult.   Any items not sold will be donated to a local charity. If interested in donating garage sale items, please txt/call Michele Johnson at 937-684-0643 to arrange pick up or drop off.  There will also be a drop off day at the pool on Sunday September 4 from noon to 4:00.
  • Volunteer Hours: As expense reduction initiative, we are making the front  desk and concessions volunteer positions for the remainder of the 2016 season. An experienced manager will always be at the pool, ready to assist those volunteers. We already have people stepping up to help fill those shifts, but need more people to volunteer. Middle school & high school teens can claim these hours as service hours. If you can help, please txt/call Nicole Keene at 937-270-2991
  • Bring a Friend to Brookview: Promoting the pool is one of our big initiatives for the next 12 months. The most effective way to promote the pool is for a family to visit. I urge all members to discuss Brookview with your friends and invite them down as your guest. Also, please let them know we’re running our “Join for 2017 and Enjoy the Rest of 2016” new membership special….details are on the website
  • Walk with us in the Lion’s Club Parade: Brookview is walking in this Saturday’s Lion’s Club Parade. Come join us and help promote the swim club. We will be staging (Lineup Position 42#) at 3pm on Little Sugarcreek Rd. If you have questions, please txt/call Rusty Cross at 937-673-7263
  • Eat at City BBQ on Thursday, Aug 25th: City BBQ’s Centerville Location (5 East Franklin St., Washington Township, OH – Open 10:30am to 10pm) has scheduled a fundraiser for Brookview on Thursday, August 25th. Please bring your family and friends down for either lunch or dinner that day. Present the attached flyer and Brookview gets 25% of the sale.

Without advance notice, Phillip Sparling resigned from the Brookview Swim Club Board.

If you have any questions, please give either Scott Dunham (937-329-0791) or Chris Mastbaum (937-901-2590) a call.

Thank you for your continued support,

The Brookview Swim Club Board
